Pascale Legal COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Advisory for Clients
Given the rapidly changing situation with the spread of the COVID-19 virus within our community, Pascale Legal would like to reassure all our clients that we are actively putting processes in place to ensure continuity of all our services. The management team have established daily briefings to review and coordinate our efforts in reducing the impact of COVID-19 on our business and your legal situation.
Our plans are multi-faceted to ensure both, the health and wellbeing of our staff, and our continuing ability to provide all necessary services to our valued clients. We are regularly reviewing the advice provided by the government and health authorities each day taking into account actions that we can undertake to minimise health risks and to ensure continual provision of services for our clients.
As part of our measure we will be working off-site from Monday 23 March until further notice. During this time the team at Pascale Legal will still be:
• Working on your behalf regarding legal matters
• Conducting appointments with clients (via telephone)
• Attending court hearings (via telephone)
• Accepting calls to our office (which are being diverted)
• Monitoring and responding to emails
Rest assured we are making every effort to maintain an uninterrupted service to all of our clients. We will continue to monitor the events and endeavour to keep you informed of any changes and will issue updates as the situation evolves.
We appreciate your support during these unprecedented times.
