Paralegal – Estate Administration (Part-Time)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our practice, working primarily in estate administration for an immediate start.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of estate administration, with a strong focus on collecting information needed, drafting probate applications and administering estates with minimal supervision. This role would suit someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable managing files independently.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting probate and related court applications
Assisting with estate administration matters from commencement to completion
Preparing correspondence and legal documents
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, courts, and external parties
Managing files and ensuring deadlines are met
About You
Previous experience in estate administration and probate matters is essential
Ability to draft probate applications with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Hours & Work Arrangement
Part-time position
Monday to Friday for an initial period of two (2.5) weeks, followed by
One (1) day per week thereafter on a permanent part-time basis

We’re looking for a creative, switched-on Social Media Content Creator to help elevate our brand awareness across existing and emerging platforms.
This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone who lives and breathes social media.
You will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms
• Conceptualising content ideas aligned with our brand, values and tone
• Shooting and editing short-form video content (reels, stories, TikToks)
• Creating written, visual and video content that is professional yet warm
• Collaborating with our digital advertisers and PR company to ensure consistency and strategy alignment
• Keeping up with trends, platform updates and content innovations
• Supporting brand awareness, engagement and growth across all platforms
You are:
• Creative, confident and self-motivated
• Comfortable being behind the camera and directing content
• Experienced with short-form video and content creation
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok best practices
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a professional services environment
• Aligned with a brand that values integrity, empathy and professionalism
